Ritual Shipments
Anam Ritual memberships are fulfilled through monthly ritual mailings.
Rituals are prepared and shipped in monthly batches, with delivery timed to arrive near the beginning of each month whenever possible.
Annual Membership Starter Packs
Starter Packs are typically shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal service delays, holidays, weather events, and other circumstances outside our control.
Address Changes
Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address up to date.
Address changes must be submitted before the 15th of the month to take effect for the following month's ritual shipment.
Anam Ritual is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the shipment can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your ritual arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at connect@anamritual.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are displayed during checkout.
Where applicable, shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed for fulfillment.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Anam Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
